By using Venturr, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Venturr is a travel planning app that helps you turn saved social media content (TikTok, Instagram, etc.) into organized trip itineraries. You can save URLs, extract places, organize them into collections, and generate day-by-day travel plans.
Venturr offers the following subscription plans:
A 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers. During the trial period, you will not be charged.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account with others or use the service for any illegal purpose.
You retain ownership of the URLs and content you save to Venturr. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your saved content in order to extract place data and generate itineraries.
The Venturr app, its design, features, and content are owned by Venturr and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.
Venturr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the accuracy of place data, business hours, or other information sourced from third parties. Always verify important details before traveling.
You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen in the app. Account deletion is permanent and will remove all your saved data from our servers. This action cannot be undone.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
